Jana Bedini Counseling, PLLC

Get accessible and personalized mental healthcare in-person or from the comfort of your home.

My approach

My style is warm, supportive, and insight-oriented, with a balance of compassion and honesty. I’ll meet you where you are, listen carefully, and also be direct but kind when it feels helpful. Therapy with me is collaborative—we’ll work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface, make sense of your experiences, and develop tools and insights. Creating a trustworthy and accepting therapeutic relationship is the priority and first step. This is the basis for a successful partnership, and I want to create the opportunity for true authenticity without judgement. I use a gentle, empathetic, and creative solutions approach to collaboratively address struggles you are experiencing.

Meet the Therapist

  • Jana Bedini Ullrich, LCMHCA, NCC

“When the other person is hurting, confused, troubled, anxious, alienated, terrified; or when he or she is doubtful of self-worth, uncertain as to identity, then understanding is called for. The gentle and sensitive companionship of an empathic stance… provides illumination and healing. In such situations deep understanding is, I believe, the most precious gift one can give to another.”
